Policies, terms and notices

Privacy policy

Celestill is an independently operated business, separate from Swara Yoga Peeth Trust activities. Celestill collects only information needed for accounts, security, enquiries, chat, purchases, appointments, services, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and support.

Information handled

Account and contact details; consent records; order, payment-reference, invoice and refund records; appointment and service records; chat and enquiry messages; device/session security data; and privacy-minimised visit data. Exact card credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Celestill.

Security analytics

Celestill records pseudonymous IP hashes, limited network prefixes, country, browser, operating system, device class, bot assessment, pages visited, login attempts, blocks, and event severity to protect accounts and measure service quality. These records are not sold.

Sharing, retention and rights

Data is shared only with processors required for hosting, email, calendar, storage, payment, delivery, and authorised services. Retention is limited by purpose, tax/accounting obligations, disputes, and fraud prevention. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion where law permits at admin@celestill.in.

Sensitive consultation information

Birth details, charts, floor plans, consultation files, and similar information will be collected only with explicit notice and consent, placed in private storage, access-limited, and deleted under the applicable service policy.

Website and account terms

Users must provide accurate information, secure their PINs, codes, passkeys, recovery codes, and devices, and promptly report unauthorised access. Automated scraping, unauthorised security testing, impersonation, payment abuse, harassment, and unlawful use are prohibited.

Celestill may challenge, limit, suspend, or block access when risk controls identify suspicious activity. The first confirmed account-linked device incident causes a 24-hour device block and customer notice; a repeated confirmed incident may cause a permanent device ban subject to owner review and appeal.

Catalogue information, prices, taxes, inventory, delivery estimates, and appointment slots are not final until server confirmation. Celestill may correct clear errors before accepting an order.

Purchase, payment and invoice terms

A purchase becomes binding only after Celestill issues an order confirmation following verified provider payment. A browser success screen is not proof of payment. Prices are stored in minor currency units and taxes are calculated from approved product and business configuration.

Razorpay and PayPal interfaces are prepared but disabled. GST invoices will be issued only after valid seller tax details and product HSN/SAC classifications are configured. Physical goods, consultations, appointments, commissioned artwork, retreats, and digital content may have different conditions, shown before payment.

Cancellation, returns, refunds and credit notes

No live purchases are currently accepted. Before commerce opens, Celestill will publish category-specific windows, exclusions, return-condition requirements, shipping responsibility, appointment rescheduling rules, commissioned-work milestones, and refund timelines.

Approved refunds are recorded against the original payment and order. Where required, a numbered credit note is linked to the original tax invoice. A cancellation request does not itself confirm a refund.

Online consultations and recordings

Online consultation links use appointment-scoped, time-limited credentials on Celestill's private meeting infrastructure when it is available. Recording is disabled by default and requires clear participant notice, explicit consent, an approved retention period, access controls, and a deletion process. Celestill will not use a public meeting room for confidential birth, Vastu, interior, financial, health, or family information.

Where recording is expressly requested and enabled, the recording will be encrypted before storage in Celestill-controlled Google Drive, access logged, and shared only with authorised participants and staff.

Confirmations, calendar updates and reminders are sent to appointment participants. Customers may cancel online until the cutoff shown in their account; later cancellation or rescheduling requires direct assistance. Consultant leave blocks are checked against active bookings.

Astrology, Vastu, mantra art, yoga-lifestyle content, and traditional remedies are spiritual, cultural, educational, artistic, or personal guidance. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, engineering, architectural, structural, or other licensed professional advice.

No prediction, remedy, painting, object, consultation, course, or practice guarantees a health, financial, relationship, legal, career, planetary, energetic, or other outcome. Emergency or crisis support is not provided through chat.
